Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pure honey
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  •  cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup peanut butter powder
  •  cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese, honey and vanilla extract to a food processor or blender. Combine for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Place the cottage cheese mixture into a bowl. Add almond flour, peanut butter powder and chocolate chips.
